C) Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of the respective airline or service provider.
In case any refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 10 working days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
Service charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
QUICK TRIP is not responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by airlines, banks, payment gateways, or other third-party service providers.
